How do I apply for a Refund?
To apply for a refund please contact us using the contact us page or email thejoyofcha@gmail.com. This must be done within 48 hours after you receive your order.
Do I qualify for a Refund?
You can receive a refund if the product was damaged during shipping or if you believe their is something wrong or missing with the product. Unfortunately we can not refund you if you do not like taste of the product as this is unique to every person. Refunds will be given through the same payment method you used to pay.
